We contact parents & athletes in advance for numbers of each session, we use social media and whats app to stay connected.

Monday

  • Advanced Middle Distance Group 5 – 6pm  – Under 13’s upwards
  • Junior Middle Distance Group  – 5 – 6pm  – Under 9’s upwards
  • Junior Sprints/Long Jump Group 5 – 6pm  – Under 9’s upwards
  • Junior Multi Sports Club 5 – 6pm – Year 2 upwards 

Tuesday

  • Throwing Session at Woodbourn Road/EIS 4pm – 5pm
  • Distance Session at Woodbourn and core stability work 5pm – 6.30pm
  • Sprint Session 6.00pm – 7.15pm

Wednesday

  • 09.30 – 10.30 – Beginner endurance session for people wanting to improve or even do their first Park Run, 5k and 10k times at Woodbourn Road (Any age welcome)
  • We offer weekly/monthly training plans done through google docs to help you improve your times
  • Jumps Session at Woodbourn Road/EIS 5pm – 6.15pm

Thursday

  • Throwing Session at Woodbourn Road 4pm – 5pm
  • Distance Session at Woodbourn and core stability work 5pm – 6.30pm
  • Sprint Session 6.15pm – 7.15pm

Friday

  • 09.30 am – 10.30 am – Beginner endurance session for people wanting to improve or even do their first 5k, Park Run and 10k times at Woodbourn Road (Any age welcome) – We offer weekly/monthly training plans done through Google docs to help you improve your times
  • High Jump at Woodbourn Road/EIS at 4.15pm – 5.15pm
  • Long Jump at Woodborun Road/EIS at 5.15pm – 6.15pm (Younger age groups)
  • Long Jump at Woodbourn Road/EIS at 6.15pm – 7.15pm (Older age groups)

Saturday

  • Graves Park/Norfolk Park Session (9.30am – 10.45am) for both sprint/distance group
